About the Role:

As a Sales and Allocation Administrator you will work with the Regional Planners, Buyers, and VPs of Retail & Sales to support sales planning & analysis. You will help establish and streamline policies and procedures throughout the department, support best practices in sales forecasting, reporting, and communications. Your responsibilities will include data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, and buying process optimization.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze sales trends, demand forecasts, and historical data to determine optimal inventory levels for various products.
  • managing the restocking of essential or core products for specific brands, ensuring that popular and consistently sold items are always available to customers
  • Address and handle inventory-related requests from individual stores.
  • Conduct analyses on store-level inventory and sales data as needed to identify trends, understand customer demand, and optimize stock levels to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Planning/Buying teams to share insights and information regarding sales and inventory trends.
  • Efficiently manage the receipt documentation process, including sorting and entering data into the company's financial systems.
  • Receive, review, and process supplier invoices in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, including collaborating with accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor credits.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or at least 6 months as a Curaleaf Team Member
  • At least 6 months of experience in inventory management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required.
  • Previous experience with vendor relationship and credit management preferred.
  • Previous experience in the cannabis industry preferred.
