This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Product Marketer to lead the strategy and go-to-market efforts for our core market in the Therapy Provider space. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, we are looking for a candidate with proven success and experience in managing go-to-market plans, building value focused stories, leading research initiatives to expand market and competitive intelligence, and who is able to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and enablement to drive demand generation, sales, and customer retention.

The ideal candidate has experience and passion for being a product evangelist, has strong project management skills, thrives when leading go-to-market initiatives from the ground up, is an excellent communicator, storyteller, and team player who brings enthusiasm to all cross-functional interactions and results.

Key accountabilities:


  • Lead and manage the overall go-to-market strategy and plans for the market and all products within the portfolio, bringing cross-functional teams together to define operational and marketing strategies needed to support our business targets

  • Works closely with product counterpart to provide customer and market insights that will help develop the product to meet market demands

  • Lead and provide strategic direction, coaching and support to cross-functional team members where applicable to successfully launch and release new solutions to market

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target personas

  • Great content creator and storyteller, developing pieces from the ground up to reiterate the value of our solutions and help speed the sales lifecycle and convert prospects, faster

  • Develops internal enablement materials and talk tracks to increase engagement and help drive prospect and customer conversations

  • Helps drive Content Marketing efforts for his/her products and services, supporting research and collaborating with sales to identify content opportunities that will drive engagement and conversion

  • Conducts testing efforts, customer interviews, and pilots new features and solutions to confirm product readiness and validate messaging and positioning statements before launching to market

  • Tracks and reports product performance, asses and proactively identifies new opportunities, and provides recommendations to help increase sales and product adoption and usage

  • And equally of importance here, celebrate successes BIG, and have fun :-)

Desired skills and experience:


  • 5-7 years of professional experience including 3+ years of relevant Product Marketing experience in the SaaS, B2B, and/or startup environment

  • Excellent organization stills -- You are able to manage cross-functional projects, effectively prioritize work, and drive deliverables across the finish line while setting clear expectations to all stakeholders

  • The ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment, and in rallying different teams around a shared goal

  • Be forward-thinking, well organized, and have an obsession for detail

  • Self-starter, curious to uncover opportunities and take action in a fast-paced, agile environment

  • Demonstrated an ability to dive into a product and become a champion and promote features, use cases, and value propositions to customers

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Verbally articulate and skilled at telling a visual story. You can adapt & tell this story to different audiences
