Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic SaaS Marketing Manager/Lead/Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and SaaS products, and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for SaaS products to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Lead Generation: Create and manage campaigns to attract new leads and convert them into paying customers through various channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, content, email, etc.).
  • Content Marketing: Develop content that educates and engages prospects through blogs, case studies, white papers, webinars, and videos.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to define and optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
  • Campaign Management: Manage the execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimize based on data and feedback.
  • SEO/SEM: Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to increase organic search rankings and drive high‑quality traffic.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to drive decision‑making.
  • Brand Development: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and digital channels.
  • Product Launches: Work with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
  • Market Research: Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SaaS marketing (2-5 years depending on the role level).
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing, content creation, SEO, SEM, and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), CRM software (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
