Account Manager for a Leading SaaS Company (Bilingual Chinese-English)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager focused on driving digital transformation in the global beauty industry through unparalleled AI-powered SaaS products.

The Account Manager will play an important role of transforming bookings into revenue and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to account management.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for post-sales activities.

Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.

Proactively resolve client issues, escalating when necessary to ensure satisfaction.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Generate regular reports on account status, revenue projections, and key metrics.

Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

Work with the client success team to foster long-term relationships and reduce churn.

Candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields, or with experience in software/SaaS development are preferred.

5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue recognition principles.

Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin can be used as a working language.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
