Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes, particularly focusing on Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) projects. You will be responsible for providing technical support, managing data and information systems, and offering guidance to various stakeholders across multiple sectors including professional/technical services, government agencies, and more.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide technical support for Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) projects, serving as a Data and Information Management Application Administrator.
• Utilize MBSE tools such as MagicDraw 2022x, Cameo Systems Modeler 2022x, and Teamwork Cloud 2022 for modeling and project management.
• Offer technical guidance to ASA Centers, analyzing and resolving complex technical issues related to MBSE applications.
• Design and develop SharePoint online webpages tailored to MBSE project requirements.
• Create and produce MBSE application knowledge articles for the ASA Enterprise, ensuring best practices and standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Master's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Data and Information Management Administration in MBSE projects and tools including MagicDraw, Cameo Systems Modeler, and Teamwork Cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Project Management software.
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in grant writing, fundraising, or partnership development is a plus.
