Direct Hire / Permanent PlacementHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Business Operations Lead on behalf of a valued client partner in the AI-native security platform sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this Business Operations Lead opportunity.We are seeking an analytically sharp, execution-focused operator with a proven background in strategy, finance, consulting, investment banking, or business operations. This individual must be capable of working cross-functionally, solving complex business problems, and helping leadership scale operations during a significant growth phase.Candidates with unstable or frequently changing employment history will not be considered. We are prioritizing professionals with strong tenure, upward progression, and measurable impact.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead rollout, adoption, and optimization of usage-based pricing strategies across internal teams and customer-facing functions
  • Own monthly business reviews, financial reporting packages, and executive-level board materials
  • Build forecasting models related to pipeline performance, revenue trends, funnel efficiency, and marketing ROI
  • Partner closely with Finance, GTM, Product, and Leadership teams to drive strategic decision-making
  • Analyze unit economics, gross margin trends, cost-to-serve, and operational leverage opportunities
  • Manage and execute cross-functional initiatives such as compliance readiness, vendor transitions, systems optimization, and internal scaling efforts

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
