Operations Manager Principal Delivery, LLC

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Pay: Competitive (based on experience) + performance-based bonuses


Position Overview:

Principal Delivery is seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, oversee performance, and ensure execution across all areas of the business. This role is responsible for managing fleet readiness, vendor coordination, and overall DSP performance while leading the dispatch team and supporting hiring efforts.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and can drive results through people and process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure successful route execution
  • Own fleet readiness, vehicle availability, and uptime
  • Manage all vendor relationships (insurance, dealerships, maintenance, rentals, phone providers)
  • Drive DSP scorecard performance and implement action plans for improvement
  • Lead and develop Dispatch team to ensure strong in-day execution
  • Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
  • Partner with station leadership on volume planning, reliability, and performance
  • Follow up on accidents/incidents and manage resolution as needed


Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in operations, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
