You will facilitate solution-oriented approaches to remove business obstacles and drive continuous improvement in financial performance, operational efficiency, and safety standards across the network. The position requires extensive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including operations managers, program directors, compliance officers, legal counsel, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement data-driven recommendations that create meaningful change both internally and externally.

Business Development & Program Management
• Evaluate and interview potential candidates for the DSP program, ensuring alignment with program standards and objectives
• Guide strategic planning and execution of network capacity management
Stakeholder Engagement & Program Enhancement
• Foster strong DSP community engagement through coordination of local events and regional initiatives
• Build and maintain productive relationships with regional stakeholders
• Identify operational inefficiencies and champion process improvements across the network
• Design and implement solutions to enhance overall program effectiveness and DSP owner experience
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and primary account manager, combining strategic insight with practical business acumen to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence across the DSP network.
A day in the life
Strategic Leadership & Decision Making
• Drive both strategic initiatives and tactical execution to achieve business objectives
• Leverage industry expertise to establish priorities, optimize account management strategies, and develop sustainable long-term solutions
• Navigate ambiguous business environments to formulate clear strategic direction and influence cross-functional priorities
• Demonstrate sound judgment in solution design, balancing complexity with efficiency
Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Lead resolution of complex business challenges through detailed analysis and effective escalation management
• Foster collaborative relationships across multiple business units and organizational levels
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders through exceptional relationship management

• Position is headquartered at our Nashville Hub
• Work arrangement includes structured mix of office presence, field travel, and remote work days. One week per month is dedicated to in-office collaboration at respective/team's Hub.
