## Job Description


EPIQ Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner focused on delivering safe, dependable, and efficient service every day. We are seeking an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher to help manage daily delivery operations, support drivers in the field, and maintain strong performance across all routes.


This role requires someone who understands Amazon DSP operations, can work well under pressure, and is comfortable using dispatch systems to monitor progress, solve problems, and keep the team moving throughout the day.


## Position Overview


The DSP Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily route activity from launch through completion. This includes preparing for dispatch, monitoring drivers, responding to issues in real time, coordinating rescues, communicating with leadership, and helping ensure routes are completed safely and on schedule.


The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, dependable team leader, and quick problem-solver who can balance driver support, operational needs, and performance expectations in a fast-paced delivery environment.


## Key Responsibilities


Lead daily dispatch operations and support successful route launches

Monitor driver progress, route status, and delivery completion using Cortex

Provide real-time assistance to drivers with rescues, route reassignments, troubleshooting, and delivery-related questions

Track key Amazon performance metrics, including DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch

Plan and coordinate rescues to help drivers stay on pace and complete routes efficiently

Adjust routes, assignments, and support plans based on operational needs throughout the day

Communicate clearly with Amazon OTR leadership, management, and drivers regarding daily performance and route updates

Ensure all operations follow company policies, safety procedures, and Amazon standards

Support driver coaching, accountability, and performance improvement when needed

Help resolve daily operational challenges quickly and professionally

Maintain accurate records and assist with performance tracking and reporting


## Requirements


Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required

Strong understanding of Amazon Flex, Cortex, dispatch tools, and delivery performance metrics

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced delivery operation

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, confident decisions

Professional and calm approach when handling driver issues or operational changes

Weekend availability and schedule flexibility

Comfortable using computers, tracking data, monitoring route performance, and working with spreadsheets or dispatch systems

Ability to motivate drivers, promote accountability, and contribute to a positive team environment
