Job Summary


EPIQ Logistics is a growing Amazon Delivery Service Partner focused on safe, efficient, and dependable delivery operations. We are seeking a qualified Amazon DSP Dispatcher with hands-on experience managing drivers, monitoring routes, and working with Amazon delivery systems.


Role Overview


The DSP Dispatcher will help coordinate daily delivery operations, support drivers on the road, and ensure routes are completed safely and on time. This position is ideal for someone who understands Amazon DSP operations, communicates clearly, and can make fast, effective decisions during a busy delivery day.


Responsibilities


Lead daily dispatch and route launch operations
Monitor driver progress and route status through Cortex
Provide real-time driver support, including rescues, route changes, and troubleshooting
Review and track delivery performance metrics such as DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch
Coordinate rescue routes and operational adjustments
Communicate professionally with Amazon OTR leadership
Follow all company and Amazon policies and procedures
Assist with driver coaching, accountability, and performance improvement


Qualifications


Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required
Knowledge of Amazon Flex, Cortex, and delivery metrics
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced delivery environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexible schedule, including weekend availability
Proficient with computers and data tracking
