Job description

package delivery manager and drivers

delivery route southwest of San Antonio (South & West side of Somerset and Lacoste)

pay is $1.6 per package on the first package on that address, second or multiple packages on the same address is $0.4 per package

strong attention to details needed;

subject to up to $50 fine on lost packages, up to $50 on wrong delivery, up to $150-$300 on violent delivery

smartphone with cellular data required

need to have bank info for receiving payment; payments made on a weekly basis

package volume ranges anywhere from 50-250, depending on ability;

first day working package volume will be around 50-80; volume gradually increases

package sorting and pick up starts at 6:00 am, 1228 cornerway blvd, 78219

must have SSN and drivers license

1099 position

Spanish speakers and Mandarin Speakers welcome

Managers will be responsible for both delivering packages and overseeing the team.

Managers earn an additional $150–$300 per week.
