Job description

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual (AV) Operations Manager to oversee AV operations, event support, Exposition Audio Visual, working with vendors, and AV staff for our Las Vegas operations.

This hands-on leadership role supports high-visibility meetings, hybrid events, and live production environments and tradeshow booths while ensuring reliable, professional AV service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Audio-Visual warehouse, including equipment flow, organization, staging areas, and overall readiness for upcoming events.
  • Manage inventory control, equipment check-in/check-out, asset tracking, labeling, storage, and cycle counts to ensure accurate availability.
  • Coordinate pulling, prepping, testing, packing, loading, and returning AV equipment for events, rentals, installs, and service needs.
  • Inspect and maintain AV gear, identify damaged or missing equipment, schedule repairs, and ensure all equipment is event ready.
  • Supervise warehouse technicians and support staff, assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and enforce safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
  • Partner with project managers, event teams, vendors, and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules, labor needs, and equipment requirements.
  • Improve warehouse processes, documentation, equipment standards, and workflows to support efficient AV operations.
QualificationsRequired Experience
  • 5–10 years of AV, event technology, Expo AV, warehouse operations, or related experience.
  • 3–5 years of supervisory, team lead, warehouse, or operations management experience.
  • Experience managing inventory control, equipment staging, asset tracking, check-in/check-out, and warehouse workflows.
  • Experience coordinating equipment prep, testing, packing, loading, returns, repairs, and readiness for events or projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, vendor management, logistics, and customer-service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience running an Audio-Visual warehouse, rental house, production warehouse, or event equipment operation preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory software, barcoding, asset tagging, or equipment tracking tools preferred.
  • Flex inventor tracking system or equivalent, Microsoft Teams Rooms,
  • Experience with digital signage, streaming, LED video walls, DSP audio, Lighting and large format displays preferred.
CompensationSalary Range

Salary: Open depending on experience, certifications, venue complexity, and event support requirements.
