Job description

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. The company is the market leader in driving performance using Deep Learning across the entire purchase funnel.

Founded in 2012 and now operating in 90+ markets, RTB House has always been private-by-design. It embraces first-party advertising and a relentless approach to innovation. RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, drive new customer acquisition, create engagement, and fuel long-term demand for a global base of clients.

In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform specifically designed to allow small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget.

Our US team consists of over 85people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision, ensuring innovative solutions that align with diverse market needs.

Why RTB House:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional who lives and breathes logistics, strategy, and brand experience. This isn’t just about "booking a sponsorship" it’s about creating high-impact environments where our sales and existing business teams can generate, accelerate and close deals.

You will own the end-to-end execution of our event strategy, from massive industry tradeshows to intimate, high-touch executive events. Another component of this role is partner marketing: you will collaborate closely with our ecosystem of partners to develop joint-marketing initiatives, co-branded activations, and integrated event experiences that amplify our reach and drive mutual growth. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a high-caliber Field Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence through world-class events and strategic regional activations.

You Will:
  • Strategic Event Execution: Lead the planning and execution of RTB House’s participation in large-scale industry conferences (e.g., eTail, Shoptalk, etc.) and proprietary RTB House events, own regional field marketing strategy and annual event plan, determine which events and partner programs to prioritize.
  • Executive-Level Activations: Design and manage bespoke, "white-glove" hosted events specifically for C-suite and VP-level prospects and clients, make recommendations on short- and long-term marketing priorities.
  • Partner Marketing: Manage relationships with key partners to secure co-marketing event opportunities and collaborative speaking sessions across joint-marketing initiatives (events, case studies, webinars, etc).
  • End-to-End Project Management: Own end-to-end strategy for every event and be accountable for event program performance and investment outcomes, ensure flawless execution of defined and approved strategic event plans.
  • Budget Oversight: Exercise discretion and independent judgement on managing a significant regional field marketing budget, ensuring every dollar is tracked and optimized for maximum ROI, develop budget allocation strategy across events and partner initiatives and recommend final spend allocations based on ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Revenue Reporting & Analytics: Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to track lead flow and provide post-event reporting that connects event activity to the sales pipeline and closed-won revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Global Marketing teams to ensure messaging is consistent and sales teams are enabled to follow up effectively.
  • Creation of Internal Policies: Lead RTB’s largest scale projects in events and standardize event and partner marketing approaches across the region.
Desired Experience:
  • 4+ years in Field Marketing or Event Management. Ad tech, SaaS or advertising-adjacent experience is a plus.
  • You are someone who thrives in spreadsheets, checklists, and Asana (or similar.) You see the "big picture" without ever letting a single detail slip through the cracks.
  • You are comfortable and confident communicating with senior leadership, both internally and externally. You can command a room and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills are a must working across internal teams and external vendors. You can write a compelling event invite, brief a booth-staffing team, and present ROI data to stakeholders with equal ease.
  • You don\'t just "feel" an event went well; you prove it with data. You have experience navigating CRM tools, ROI dashboards to report on post-event success.

Don’t meet every single requirement? At RTB House we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but unsure about every qualification, we encourage you to apply. We may have just the job for you.
