Job Summary
Our Client is now hiring Inside sales specialist, someone who can manage inside-sales and e-commerce accounts.
Job Description
  • - Developing and maintaining a sales generation plan to meet or exceed monthly or annual targets.
  • - Provide critical forecasting, analysis to ensure accurate supply and timely support.
  • - Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.
  • - Identifying decision makers amongst the customer base in order to start sales process.
  • - Maintaining and expanding the database of sales information pertinent to the customers and the organization.
  • - Outbound and inbound account management.
  • - Supporting the assigned customers throughout the sales interval and manage open orders, backlog in conjunction with the outside sales manager and marketing teams.
  • - Maintaining demand planning indicators and performance metrics
  • - Collating and consolidating reports on monthly sales performance per sales personnel, per product, per region or office, and per industry.
