Job Summary

The Amazon Returns Specialist is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers returning Amazon purchases through The UPS Store. This position focuses on processing returns, assisting customers with the Amazon Returns Kiosk, organizing packages for shipment, and maintaining an efficient returns area. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service during the Amazon return process.
  • Assist customers with using the Amazon Returns Kiosk and troubleshoot basic issues when needed.
  • Process Amazon returns quickly and accurately using store systems and established procedures.
  • Verify return eligibility, scan QR codes, label packages, and prepare items for shipment.
  • Sort, organize, and stage returned merchandise according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient Amazon returns area.
  • Monitor supplies and notify management when materials need to be replenished.
  • Answer customer questions regarding Amazon return procedures and store services.
  • Assist with general store operations, including greeting customers, answering phones, and directing customers to appropriate services.
  • Support team members during busy periods by assisting with packaging, shipping, and retail tasks as assigned.
  • Follow all company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
