Global Operations Assistant

This is a remote position. As a Global Operations Assistant, you will actively support the Global Operations team in strategic projects. You will be involved in and exposed to some of the most critical and strategic aspects of the company. We operate in a 100% international environment, so fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.

- B2B Partnerships: Support the development and enhancement of relationships with our strategic B2B partners in Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.

- International Business Development: Assist in all aspects of our international business growth, including marketing, HR, market expansion, etc.

- Project Support: Provide diverse support on major projects.

- Execution: Support the Global Operations team with daily tasks, including preparing documents for weekly meetings, external engagements, and activity reviews.

- Strategic Projects: Participate in various strategic projects based on Koolboks' priorities, such as software integration, process implementation, recruitment, etc.

- Internal Efficiency: Work on internal processes and documentation to improve the organization's efficiency and workflows.

- Administrative Support: Assist the Global Operations team with various administrative tasks.
