Job Description: we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and update customer accounts with relevant information
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
