Senior Project Manager - Utilities

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the utilities industry and a proven track record of success in managing complex projects.

The primary responsibility of the Senior Project Manager will be to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the budget and timeline. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This work is surrounding high voltage T&D projects, traffic control, civil utility, and gas operations. An ideal candidate will have an understanding in all, but is not a certain requirement.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the budget and timeline
Manage a team of project engineers and technicians
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
Resolve project issues and conflicts
Prepare and present project status reports
Track project costs and schedules
Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in the utilities industry
PMP certification preferred
Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Several office locations across California. Compensation range for this position is $130k - $160k, discretionary bonus, company vehicle, benefits etc..
