IT Project Manager

Reporting to the Department Manager, the IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects, ensuring alignment with the United Association's strategies, commitments, and objectives. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing project plans.
  • Assisting in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Identifying necessary tasks and resources.
  • Assembling and coordinating the project team.
  • Allocating project resources appropriately.
  • Establishing project schedules and timelines.
  • Providing guidance and support to the team.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks.
  • Regularly reporting on project status.
  • Delivering progress reports, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Implementing and managing changes as required to meet project deliverables.
  • Evaluating and measuring project outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and conflict resolution capabilities.
