We're searching for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Bookkeeping Clerk. Your main responsibility will be to help us keep track of our financial records and transactions. If you're good with numbers and enjoy staying organized, we'd love to have you on board!
Responsibilities
*Record financial transactions accurately and timely in our accounting software.
*Organize and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
*Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
*Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices and payments.
*Generate financial reports and summaries as needed for management review.
*Communicate with team members and vendors regarding financial matters as necessary.
Requirements
*Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
*Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
*Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for remote work.
