Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team! You will be responsible for job quoting and scheduling for customers along with providing service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and quoting jobs
Provide information about our services
Produce job orders and document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services and mandated requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service and dispatch in the crane industry
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Google Earth to remotely view jobs and make equipment recommendations

Crainco Crane Service is a merit shop mobile crane service established in 1990 and serves the So. Cal. area. We are located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Our fleet consists of cranes ranging from 19 ton to 110-ton cranes, where the view of your job will change every single day!

We are currently hiring for Crane Operators/Class A Drivers for a Manitex 1970C and a Manitex 22101S positions.
