Career Growth Opportunity: Territory Sales Manager Wanted at Meathead Movers


Position Overview: Meathead Movers is looking for a Territory Sales Manager with expertise in B2B outside sales to help us continue to expand our market share as the largest independently owned moving company in California. This position will have two main focuses: Primarily, the Territory Sales Manager will build key referral relationships in an assigned territory to drive new business to Meathead Movers. Secondarily, the Territory Sales Manager will field incoming warm leads and manage them through dialing out and meeting with clients in-home to estimate their moves and close business. Upon joining the team, you will complete a 4-week sales training program focusing on both inside and outside sales techniques that will set you up for success.

Requirements of a Territory Sales Manager

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B Outside Sales
  • Clean driving record
  • Previous real estate, escrow, or mortgage industry experience, a plus


Expectations of a Territory Sales Manager

  • Ability to achieve sales quotas and other business objectives by applying a range of selling skills and in‐depth knowledge of the company
  • Identify and source new pipeline and leads to create revenue streams
  • Develop strategic relationships with clients to drive sustainable and ongoing business
  • Strategically define value and specific business outcomes to customers and referral partners
  • Anticipate and effectively overcome objections
  • Research and understand various lines of business, and their priorities, and how to exploit competitive advantages
  • Build a point-of-view on how to help qualify individual customers’ needs
  • Perform lead qualification by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Collaborate internally and externally to improve results with peers and leadership, specifically supporting the Marketing Department with boots on the ground efforts to grow the company and your territory
  • Organize and complete all administrative responsibilities with high levels of efficiency, including expense reports, call reporting, and other assignments by established deadlines
  • Build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders


Job Type and Compensation:

  • Full time with full benefits package including PTO and 401k with company matching.
  • $66,560-$80,000 annually + monthly commissions based on performance and additional bonuses for B2B referrals.
