Assistant Manager Restaurant

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Restaurant Staff to join our team. As a member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, direction, and support to restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Customer Service: Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Operations Management: Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including but not limited to opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Training and Development: Participate in the training and development of restaurant staff, ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Financial Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling operational costs, maximizing revenue opportunities, and contributing to the achievement of financial targets.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, working closely with the kitchen team to uphold our culinary standards.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during service, taking appropriate action to resolve them in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
