Assistant Human Resources Manager
- $60,000 to $80,000 Yearly
- Full-Time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
Working knowledge of labor laws.
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize important projects.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain personnel records.
Update internal databases (i.e. recording of leave)
Prepare HR documents like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Revise company policies
Liaise with external partners like insurance vendors and ensure legal compliance.
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Provide relevant information to payroll department (i.e. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Manage the recruitment process (mapping and advertising positions, handling applications, interviewing)
Arrange training and development
Deal with visa process for dispatching abroad and coming to US from global
**Must be fluent in ERP, MS, and Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
