Responsibilities:

2. Individualized Instruction: Utilizing evidence-based practices, you will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Special Education Credential strongly preferred

- Valid teaching certification with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorders- Proven experience working with children with autism, preferably in an early intervention or early elementary setting

- In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for students with autism- Strong understanding of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and experience in their development and implementation

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team and parents- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with autism
