What you’ll be getting paid to do:
- Enter customer orders into ERP and track progress
- Review orders to ensure they are accurate
- Communicate order status with customers
- Help resolve and assist with customer inquiries and complaints
- You will complete compliance paperwork for international orders and audits

- History of customer service experience
- Previous experience working in an office setting
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients and help resolve their issues
- Have a detail-oriented mindset and positivity
