The Account Executive controls a book of top customers, demanding relationship building, planning, and identifying and winning new client opportunities. By consistently learning your client’s business goals while applying what we teach, (identify, design, and communicate ball bearing and lubrication product ideas to customer applications) you will become the expert.

A Typical Day:

• Maintain regular and consistent conversations with your customer base, listening and identifying which products are the ideal fit for the customer need.
• Expeditiously using internal tools to build accurate quotes which meet your client’s needs.Creatively identifying opportunities to increase the share of wallet.
• Providing “Radical Customer Service” to ensure client satisfaction.
• Managing quoted and pending orders with persistent coordination and follow-up.

This job may be a fit if:

• 4+ years of industrial account management experience, ideally from the machinery or industrial sectors.
• You like to develop great client relationships resulting in customer satisfaction.
• You are detail oriented, solve problems, customer focused, work effectively internally, and are
• enthusiastic to customer demands to get the best products developed, ordered, and delivered.
• You are goal oriented with a strong work ethic and effective time management skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
