We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex organizational change projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints. This position will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, as well as external vendors and stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A leader who is organized, can delegate, and is able to bring people together for consensus on critical business process issues.
Experience in planning and executing project activities within schedule and budget constraints while adhering to project governance best practices, particularly in the areas of change, issue, and risk management.
Able to develop and implement change management strategies and plans that support the successful adoption of the ERP system and related business processes. This includes stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and training and development initiatives.
Experience in detailed planning and execution of business requirements development, conference room pilot (CRP) testing cycles, system integration testing, end-user training, and cut-over planning. Foster an engaging, collaborative and transparent work environment, promoting open communication and active listening.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and end-users, to ensure that project objectives are met.
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure successful implementation of the ERP system.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management.
Proven record of completing multiple ERP programs with end-to-end responsibility for overall program/project management.
Implementations of Microsoft D365 F&O a plus.
Experience delivering complex change initiatives on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
