Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
• Own restorative business financial targets.
• Manage marketing budget for efficiency and ROI.
• Matrix Leadership:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute plans.
• Go-to-Market Strategy:
• Develop comprehensive strategies and plans.
• Drive product trial, loyalty, and brand awareness.
• KOL Development:
• Identify and recruit emerging Key Opinion Leaders.
• Collaborate on education plans with KOL team.
• Strategic Pricing:
• Develop pricing strategies for growth.
• Implement pricing guidelines and promotions.
• Sales Enablement:
• Optimize sales tools and materials.
• Market Research:
• Gather insights and refine messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years in dental product management preferred
• Matrix structure proficiency.
