Job Summary:

The Marketing Production Coordinator is a hybrid creative and operations role responsible for executing high-quality marketing assets while bringing structure, consistency, and scalability to the marketing production ecosystem. This role partners closely with the Creative Director to support deck design, asset templatization, and brand-aligned production, while also owning the operational hygiene of marketing systems, including DAM organization, naming conventions, and asset governance. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented production professional who is equally comfortable designing polished presentations and enforcing operational standards that enable speed, quality, and self-service across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Creative Production & Design Execution: Design and produce marketing presentations, templates, and collateral, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint deck design and modular, reusable layouts.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of branded templates across PowerPoint, Canva, and Figma to enable efficient self-service by internal teams.
  • Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand standards, accessibility requirements, and executive-level presentation quality.
  • Prepare assets for internal review, executive presentation, and external distribution, ensuring accuracy and polish.
  • Templatization & Scalability: Build and manage a standardized library of templates for decks, one-pagers, signage, and recurring marketing deliverables.
  • Optimize templates for ease of use, version control, and long-term scalability.-Partner with the Creative Director to identify opportunities to reduce custom design work through smart templatization.
  • Marketing Operations & Asset Governance: Own the organization, standardization, and ongoing maintenance of assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Establish and enforce naming conventions, folder structures, metadata standards, and versioning protocols.
  • Lead clean-up efforts to reduce redundancy, outdated assets, and inconsistent file structures across marketing systems.-Ensure assets are discoverable, approved, and properly archived for compliance and reuse.

Workflow & Production Support:

  • Support intake, prioritization, and coordination of production requests in collaboration with marketing operations and creative leadership.
  • Track asset status, revisions, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Act as a bridge between creative execution and operational efficiency, flagging risks or process gaps early.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Three plus (3) + years of experience in marketing production, creative operations, or design coordination.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience designing executive-level presentations.
  • Working proficiency in Canva and Figma for template creation and asset production.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience organizing, standardizing, and maintaining digital assets.
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and content governance best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
