Job Title: Marketing Production Specialist

About the Role

Shurco is seeking a Marketing Production Specialist to support the creation, production, and execution of marketing materials across print and digital channels. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing assets while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. While graphic design skills are required, this role is primarily focused on marketing production, layout development, content updates, vendor coordination, and project execution. The successful candidate will create and adapt marketing materials within established brand standards and templates to deliver polished, production-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, production, and maintenance of marketing materials across print and digital channels.
  • Create and adapt layouts and marketing assets using established brand standards and templates.
  • Prepare and manage production-ready files for print and digital applications.
  • Coordinate with printers, promotional suppliers, agencies, and other external partners to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
  • Maintain marketing assets, file organization, and version control.
  • Review proofs and final deliverables for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Support website content updates, digital marketing initiatives, trade shows, and other marketing programs as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing production, graphic design, creative services, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of print and digital production processes.
  • Experience preparing production-ready files, including large format graphics, bleeds, trim, color management, and artwork packaging.
  • Working knowledge of file formats, image resolution, vector and raster graphics, and asset optimization to ensure materials are produced correctly across channels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and quality control.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Experience

  • Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).
  • Familiarity with CMS and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
