Job description

Company Overview:

Do you enjoy making a difference in a child's life, transforming education, and evolving learning? Come join Teachstone, the interaction company! Teachstone was founded in 2008 to deliver the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) nationwide and around the globe. Developed through years of research, the CLASS observation tool measures the interactions between teachers and children, which have been shown to drive learning and lifelong achievement. Teachstone helps organizations conduct classroom observations and provides professional development so that teachers improve, and children learn more. Our online subscription service, myTeachstone, simplifies CLASS implementation by combining observation data with a robust library of CLASS resources and professional development.

At Teachstone, everything we do is about improving the ways teachers interact with their students. We train coaches and observers, build and deliver online support programs, design professional development - all of it grounded in one proven fact: the interactions teachers have with students have a lasting impact on their academic and developmental success. By helping educators describe, measure and improve their interactions and relationships with students, Teachstone is transforming education nationwide, one interaction at a time.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized, operational powerhouse and tactical doer to step into the role of Director of Marketing Production. In this role, you will be the engine that keeps our marketing machine running smoothly. Your department serves as a centralized execution hub, providing the workflow infrastructure, production logistics, and resource management that allows our broader marketing team to stay focused on high-value strategy and growth. Crucially, you will also serve as the central source of truth for the entire company, keeping cross-functional peers aligned and informed on what marketing is shipping and when.

Role Responsibilities:

Client Deliverables & Enablement

  • Custom Scope Management: Translate complex enterprise agreements into clear production pipelines and oversee the white-glove delivery of co-branded assets.
  • SLA & Go-To-Market Support: Partner with Account Management and Sales to ensure all bespoke deliverables hit contractual deadlines and fulfill enablement needs.
  • Major Initiatives & Cross-Functional Representation: Act as the primary operational representative for high-stakes corporate milestones, such as major product launches, brand refreshes, or website overhauls. Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to translate broad strategy into a synchronized, technical production and deployment roadmap.

Tactical Execution & MarTech

  • Hands-on Production & QA: Build and troubleshoot assets directly (emails, landing pages, decks) and serve as the ruthless final QA gatekeeper before anything goes live.
  • MarTech & Data Health: Administer core marketing platforms, ensuring seamless CRM integration, proper lead routing, and strict data hygiene/compliance.

Operations, Communication & Resources

  • Internal Communication Hub: Own the internal communication loop (Slack, calendars, newsletters) so all cross-functional teams know exactly what marketing is launching and what is in the pipeline.
  • Workflow Automation: Map daily workflows and build system automations to eliminate execution bottlenecks and manage Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Vendor & Performance Management: Act as the operational lead for external agencies/freelancers, and provide regular reporting on campaign velocity and asset delivery.

Role Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years in marketing operations, creative production, or project management (in-house or agency).
  • The "Player-Coach": You build scalable systems and manage teams, but you aren't afraid to open the software and fix technical issues yourself.
  • Technical Toolbelt: Deep proficiency with MAPs (HubSpot/Marketo), CRMs (Salesforce), CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow), and design tools (Figma/Adobe)
  • Process Mastery: Strong expertise in project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) and DAM systems.Impeccable Quality Control: You are the person who catches the missing comma, broken automation trigger, and off-brand hex code before anyone else.
  • The "Can-Do" Connector: A solutions-oriented communicator who translates complex timelines into clear updates. Instead of just saying "no," you find a creative way to say, "Yes, and here is how we can realistically make it happen

What We Offer

  • Fair, Competitive Pay:  We ensure equal pay for equal work, using consistent salary bands based on market benchmarks, reviewed annually. Prior salaries, negotiation skills, or fear of conflict don't influence your pay.
  • Salary Range: $112,000-$140,000 determined by your experience
  • Comprehensive benefits:  We offer an inclusive benefits package to support your overall well-being. Eligibility depends on your role and employment status.
