Job description

PURPOSE:

The Sales Enablement Project Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager, and global sales and CRM leadership to organize, manage, and progress all Sales Enablement and CRM projects. This role will work with leadership and individual contributors across many teams globally, to plan meetings with the right attendees to promote furthering of each project. They will keep detailed notes on the progression of projects and the conversations that occur, track deliverables and action items, follow up on outstanding tasks and manage the meeting and communication schedule and plan for each project.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Constructs key project milestones, requirements, success criteria, timeline, and priority by working with leadership across the sales and administration team as well as other key stakeholders
  • Plans meetings, communication, and deliverables with key parties needed to move sales projects through each milestone and towards achieving the success criteria
  • Provides communication to all stakeholders throughout each project and works to develop any planning documents or other resources needed to organize and manage projects ongoingly
  • Composes meaningful notes from project discussions to be provided as a take-away items to participants with action items identified, and maintains documentation to account for all work completed or outstanding and responsible contributors
  • Work cross-collaboratively with global CRM stakeholders as well as CRM Administrators, platform teams, and other SMC teams to plan for CRM Enhancements, feature demos, release notes, and all needed CRM-related communication
  • Manage multiple short- and long-term projects simultaneously under changing and challenging constraints
  • Continuously develop and present innovative ideas based on a data driven approach to improve current business practices, improve efficiencies, and to drive sales growth objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Maintain a sustainable posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.
  • Work requires extensive work using a computer.
  • Some travel may be required (10% or less).
  • Responsibilities may require evening and weekend travel / work to support the needs of the business.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5 years of related work experience
  • Dedicated project management/coordination experience (PMP Certification preferred)
  • CRM experience (SugarCRM experience preferred)
  • Strong presentation skills, communication skills, and ability to work with senior management
  • Demonstrated success building relationships across all levels within an organization
  • Strong judgement skills and ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to maintain an advanced knowledge of various operational systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS, LCM, Helpdesk, Data Analytic software
  • Works proactively and takes initiative consistently
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and like tools
  • Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and complete work within set deadlines.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be able to read/write/speak and understand English.
