Job description

The Sales Enablement Specialist drives sales effectiveness by managing sales assets, designing internal training on evolving sales workflows, developing external training to increase customer engagement, and supporting overall enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional collaboration, simplifies complex ideas into practical training, and effectively supports both internal teams and customers. 

In This Role

  • Support the development and execution of sales enablement programs across the organization to drive productivity, revenue growth, and consistent sales execution
  • Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to launch new programs, tools, and strategic initiatives for the sales team
  • Drive clear, consistent, and timely communication of enablement strategies while reinforcing key priorities
  • Define, track, and report on enablement program metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize impact
  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable training programs for both internal sales teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and go-to-market strategies
  • Facilitate internal training and onboarding sessions on new programs, product updates, and strategic initiatives
  • Own and manage the sales content lifecycle, including creation, organization, governance, updates, version control, and archiving for accuracy and relevance
  • Maintain and optimize SharePoint content for accessibility, usability, and overall increased adoption of sales resources
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on key customer engagements to support successful program adoption
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, documentation, and internal communications to ensure consistent execution
  • Minimum 25% travel, in addition to 4 markets annually

The Ideal Person

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, support, or operations
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong content management and organizational skills (experience with SharePoint preferred)
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging training materials
  • Minimum 25% travel, in addition to 4 markets annually
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Comfortable presenting to both internal teams and external customers
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
