The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for executing on sales effectiveness initiatives that drive sales productivity improvements. These initiatives will include reporting responsibilities, CRM administration, deal distribution, sales email blast planning and coordination with marketing, sales operations process improvements, and fostering relationships across the organization with a focus on continuous improvement benefiting all departments. The outcome of this role is the development and delivery of learning and enablement solutions to increase the overall effectiveness of OxBlueโ€™s sales team.

As the Sales Enablement Specialist you will:
  • Reporting
    • Develop and deliver reporting on a project level basis with the direction of the Sales Enablement Manager to include:
      • Hexagon projects
      • Sales operations projects
      • Sales contests
      • Trade show coordination and budget tracking
      • Other projects on an as needed basis
  • Admin
    • HubSpot deal reconciliation
    • Sales scheduling
    • Sales training initiatives
    • Sales tool administration
    • Lead imports and assignments
You Have:
  • 1-3 years project management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
  • Experience juggling multiple projects at one time
