We're looking for a Manager, Sales Enablement, to join our growing Business Development & Solutions Enablement team in the Americas. You will lead the vision, strategy and execution of our sales enablement program, partnering closely with sales leaders and other stakeholders across the Americas and Sweden. This highly visible role is based out of our Americas HQ in Chelmsford, MA and is an in-office position.

What you'll do here as Manager, Sales Enablement?

  • Shape and run a sales enablement strategy that's anchored with sales leadership and tightly connected to how our sales teams win deals

  • Build and refresh a library of enablement assets - onboarding programs, playbooks, presentations, competitive intel, objection handling, workshops, and more

  • Spot performance gaps and develop practical, scalable solutions that help our sales team close deals more quickly

  • Partner with stakeholders across the Americas and Sweden to keep sales enablement content current and relevant

  • Collaborate with IT to optimize our enablement tech stack - content hub, LMS, Salesforce, AI and automation tools

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team; track progress against clear defined KPIs

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

  • Clear understanding of the full sales lifecycle - inside and outside sales teams - and how to translate that into a successful, scalable enablement strategy

  • Strong communication, analytical, project management and presentation skills

  • Coaching mindset - collaborative leader who empowers others, holds them accountable, and gains satisfaction from others' success

  • Technical aptitude, including solid understanding of AI, automation frameworks & workflows

  • Demonstrates resiliency and ability to lead change

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

  • 8+ years in Sales, Business Development or Marketing at a technology company, ideally with indirect channel experience

  • 5+ years leading teams that established and evolved a sales enablement program

Valued but Not Required

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role

  • Experience with LMS, Salesforce and Microsoft 365

  • Experience with managed services, security, IT or SaaS organization

Target Salary:

The approximate pay range for this role is $170-180K OTE (80% Base /20% Commission).Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
