Primary Purpose

The Manager of Sales Enablement is responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of sales training, curriculum, and enablement resources that help sales
professionals perform effectively in their roles. This role partners closely with sales leadership and subject matter experts to execute learning programs, maintain enablement content, and reinforce core
selling behaviors that drive productivity and revenue performance. 


The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and passionate about helping sellers succeed through practical training, coaching support, and accessible tools.


Essential Functions

• Partner with sales managers, leaders, and subject matter experts to support the design, update, and delivery of sales training curriculum aligned to seller milestones and role expectations
• Coordinate and deliver instructor-led (ILT), virtual instructor-led (VILT), and self-guided learning resources for onboarding and ongoing development
• Assist in identifying training needs through performance feedback, skills gap observations, surveys, and collaboration with sales leadership
• Support the execution of coaching sessions, mentorship programs, and reinforcement activities that strengthen selling effectiveness
• Develop, organize, and maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement content, including product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, competitive insights, presentations, playbooks, and guides
• Maintain and update sales playbooks that provide practical guidance across stages of the sales cycle
• Track participation, completion, and engagement in enablement programs and provide regular reporting to sales leadership
• Gather feedback on training effectiveness and make iterative improvements to content, delivery methods, and tools
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure sales materials remain current, accurate, and aligned to go-to-market priorities
• Stay informed on sales enablement best practices and learning methodologies to recommend practical enhancements
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Salary Range
$89,500.00 - $134,200.00 / year

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
