Job Title: Sales Enablement Lead, AI- Powered Solutions

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded marketing development and sales enablement leader to help shape how the client brings new AI-powered solutions to market. This is a delivery-focused contract role requiring deep expertise in sales enablement strategy, content development, and go-to-market execution with the ability to move fast, exercise judgment in ambiguous conditions, and produce polished, exec-ready outputs with minimal direction. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overarching narrative for the client's portfolio of AI-powered solutions – including a structured New Offering Overview per Media workstream – ensuring a clear, compelling, and consistent market story.
- Build a full suite of internal and client-facing sales materials: PowerPoint decks, one-sheets, solution briefs, capability overviews, case study templates, and branding guidelines, all aligned to client brand standards and exec-ready quality.
- Synthesize multiple offerings into cohesive narratives that connect client needs, business outcomes, and competitive differentiation, positioning AI-powered products externally with a focus on value and relevance.
- Partner across product, strategy, marketing, operations, and sales teams to align positioning, messaging, and go-to-market content; support pitch development and executive presentations tied to new and evolving solutions.
- Work in close partnership with the Program Orchestrators and workstream leads to ensure materials accurately reflect each offering's value proposition, scope, and commercial model
- Help define best practices, templates, and content approaches for an emerging agency-side sales enablement capability.
- Maintain a consolidated content tracker (asset status, owner, audience, version) and flag content gaps or conflicting narratives to the Program Orchestrator with proposed resolution paths.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- 8–12 years in sales enablement, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a related commercial function – ideally within media, marketing technology, advertising, or professional services.
- Proven ability to build comprehensive sales enablement programs from scratch, without reliance on pre-existing frameworks – including polished PowerPoint decks, one-sheets, and executive-ready collateral.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills – able to turn complex AI and product capabilities into concise, compelling narratives for both commercial teams and clients.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, strategy, operations) and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity with AI-powered media, data analytics, or commerce technology products
