Provide leadership, strategic growth and development of export sales and all marketing activity. Drive top and bottom-line results, develop and execute marketing and corporate communication strategies while assisting with research and development on meat quality, genetics, nutrition, and new product development and guiding the development of people within your respective departments along with developing and executing budgeted plans across those areas of responsibility. Responsible for sales volume and profits across its assigned channels and will collaborate with the VP of Business Management on all pricing, costing and product scheduling activities necessary to provide high quality products and service to targeted customers. Combination of domestic and international travel 50% of time to develop new customers, maintain trades and commercial relations, attend events, and promote brand and products with new markets and countries. Onsite 44% of time and remote within the U.S. 6% of time.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Eight years of a combination of sales management and marketing experience, which includes managing inside and outside sales teams, managing export and domestic sales transactions, leading and motivating sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and excellent verbal and written communications skills.
