Vertriebsleiter International (m/w/d) – Head of International Sales Auslandsgeschäft gestalten, nicht verwalten


Du verstehst Vertrieb als Aufbau von Beziehungen, nicht nur als Abschluss? Du willst Kunden langfristig entwickeln und echten Mehrwert schaffen? Dann passt Du perfekt zu uns. Für unser weiteres Wachstum suchen wir jemanden, der unsere Kunden partnerschaftlich begleitet und unsere Marktposition nachhaltig ausbaut.

Deine Rolle
  • Du übernimmst unser internationalen Geschäft mit einem breiten Länderportfolio – u. a. Italien, Spanien, UK, Irland, Benelux und Lateinamerika – und bringst Struktur und Systematik hinein
  • Du betreust und entwickelst Key Accounts selbst: vom internationalen Industriekunden bis zur großen Handels- und Verarbeitergruppe
  • Du definierst gemeinsam mit dem CEO unsere internationale Expansion: welche Länder wir wie bearbeiten, wo wir gezielt investieren – und wo nicht
  • Du baust das internationale Vertriebsteam auf und führst es (heute 3, perspektivisch 5–7) – inklusive der Frage, wen wir dafür holen
  • Du bleibst im Markt: du verkaufst selbst und führst über Vorbild, nicht über Reporting
Das bringst Du mit
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Key-Account-Geschäft mit langen Sales Cycles
  • Souverän im Corporate-Umfeld – strukturiert, strategisch, präsentationssicher – und gleichzeitig fit für eine direkte Handelsvertriebskultur bei kleineren Kunden
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: du verkaufst gern selbst, statt nur zu koordinieren
  • Führungserfahrung oder klares Führungspotenzial: Teams aufbauen, entwickeln, die richtigen Leute auswählen
  • Starkes Organisationsvermögen, Souveränität bei fordernden Kunden, echte Zuhörqualitäten
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch; Spanisch und/oder Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Baubranche hilfreich, aber kein Muss – entscheidend sind Sales-DNA und die Mischung aus Strategie und Pragmatismus
