Job Summary:

Leads and delivers digital enablement initiatives that drive adoption, optimize business processes, and improve performance across Avnet's digital ecosystem. Manages complex, cross-functional projects and collaborates with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of digital tools, platforms, and process improvements aligned to organizational goals.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of digital projects, managing scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk
  • Drive adoption of digital platforms (CRM, MAP/CDP, e-commerce, sales enablement tools)
  • Develop and deliver enablement materials, training programs, and user communications
  • Analyze data and adoption metrics to deliver insights and continuous improvement recommendations
  • Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and digital product teams
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery and adoption
  • Support governance, compliance, and documentation standards
  • Determines methods and resources needed to achieve project goals, and develops and maintains a detailed work (project) plan.
  • May manage vendor relationships and serve as a liaison between vendors and project team members and leadership. May manage vendors including cost, quality, and schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Level Specifications:

  • Extensive knowledge and application of principles, theories and concepts. Complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.
  • Develops solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations and/or data requires in-depth evaluation of variables. Determine best approach to achieve results and provide suggestions to improve policies and procedures.
  • Work is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Work may be reviewed at a high-level.
  • May represent the organization as a primary contact on assignments and/or projects. Interacts with senior professionals and management and frequently coordinates work between departments or organizations.


Work Experience:

  • Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.


Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.


Distinguishing Characteristics:

  • Typically works on more large scale, complex, high risk projects including GIS projects
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Experience with enterprise digital tools (CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce platforms)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
