Job description

Caine & Weiner's business unit,ย BARR Credit Servicesย is seeking a experienced Sales Training Manager to oversee the training and development of our Sales department. Identify knowledge gaps, create processes, interview and train all sales new hires. .

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Recruits applicants for potential sales representatives by performing resume searches, attending job fairs, and reviewing website employment application submissions.
  • Executes first level interview over the phone, schedules in-office interviews with the Sales Manager, and manages applicant through the hire process.
  • Provides basic sales training in all aspects of the sales position.
  • Ensures representatives have leads that have potential to produce positive sales results at all times.
  • Coaches and evaluates producers within the sales training group by reviewing calls and completing period reviews.
  • Provides ongoing development and assistance to sales training employees.
  • Provides assistance and support as instructed by the sales manager.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • 3 years of solid Sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Training experience
  • Management experience strongly preferred
  • Collections experience preferred
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Professional oral and written communication
