Job description

The AWS Cloud Sales Center (CSC) is responsible for driving and shaping the future growth of cloud rapidly acquiring customers and accelerating our customers' cloud journeys.


Key job responsibilities
The Cloud Sales Center (CSC) is seeking a driven, talented, experienced leader to lead customer engagements, key partner engagement and driving specific efforts for North America Cloud Sales Center. This role will be a critical role on the leadership team, as we work to drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction for AWS. The business manager will seek to understand customer needs, their missions, how success is defined and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in developing and delivering solutions.

You will partner with sales, marketing, operations, partner org, finance, strategy and internal sales / technology teams to support the CSC business. As a key business leader, you can have a positive impact developing and executing organizational business initiatives. The Sr Business manager will also be the conduit for measuring GENAI success, Key Performance Indicator health and reporting out on key CSC Partner success initiatives.

Successful candidates should have strong understanding of the AWS sales process, analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a passion for excellence in execution. This role will partner closely with the CSC Director, CSC Leadership Team, and business leaders to further our business objectives. This role calls for a balance of collaborative leadership and influential skills across the team and beyond, in addition to delivering individual contributions.
Success in this role requires demonstrated analytical and process improvement capabilities

You must be able to interface effectively and communicate convincingly with professionals at all levels. You will have demonstrated the ability to work well in both small and large teams and in a cross-functional environment. This is a great opportunity for a strong systems thinker and builder to directly the builder, customer and partner experience.

This role provides the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the CSC by enhancing revenue sustainment initiatives already in motion.
