JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Enablement Mgmt Contractor to support our marketing organization in developing, scaling, and optimizing enablement programs that improve productivity, alignment, and performance across the marketing team.
This individual will play a key role in creating and operationalizing training content, documentation, and resources to ensure marketers and cross-functional partners have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to execute effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain marketing enablement resources, including onboarding guides, playbooks, process documentation, and FAQs
• Coordinate and produce training sessions, workshops, and office hours for key marketing systems, tools, and processes
• Partner with subject matter experts (e.g., marketing operations, analytics, campaign teams) to capture best practices and convert them into scalable learning assets
• Manage internal content repositories (e.g., Confluence, Asana) and ensure resources are up to date and easily accessible
• Support new process rollouts, and field enablement initiatives by producing concise, clear communications and supporting materials
• Analyze feedback and performance data to optimize enablement programs and identify gaps
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, program management, or content operations (ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment)
• Excellent communication and instructional design skills; able to translate complex information into clear, actionable content
• Experience managing enablement tools, LMS platforms, or knowledge hubs
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with marketing tech stacks (e.g., Asana, Salesforce)
• Experience standing up or improving internal enablement programs
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing processes (e.g., campaign development, funnel metrics, MQL/MQA scoring)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
