Join our team dedicated to developing Rate's marketing efforts. We're looking for a marketing leader to support our high-growth Marketing team. This role serves as the Project Management lead for our email, platform, and CRM teams: overseeing project intake, prioritization, timelines, compliance, email operations, and campaign management to ensure marketing campaigns are properly configured, executed, and delivered on time.
Overall Summary
As a Senior Marketing Manager in this role, you will serve an essential role in ensuring projects are properly initiated, resourced and delivered on time as well as on brand. You will work with marketing leadership to prioritize projects and use Workfront to track projects and manage resources. Senior Marketing Managers closely partner with business leader counterparts to facilitate the delivery of all outlined assets.
Key Workstreams:
  • Project initiation - Input requests, manage projects from kickoff to delivery, and manage up to leadership to ensure on-time delivery of projects
  • Workfront management - Lead project management within Workfront, ensuring projects are properly initiated, prioritized, managed, and completed from intake through delivery in accordance with department standards and established workflows.
  • Daily prioritization and status updates - Monitor, reprioritize, and update the status of all active projects daily, proactively communicating priorities, progress, and changes to stakeholders and the broader team.
  • Kickoff calls - Support and/or lead project kickoff calls to ensure work is outlined clearly to the broader team and initiated with the end goal in mind.
  • Team meetings - Join weekly team meetings and report out updates on workstreams in progress.
  • Email marketing - Manage the email marketing calendar, communicating schedule to the department at large.
  • Compliance management - Manage the compliance review process by routing all marketing materials for approval, coordinating revisions based on feedback, and ensuring final assets meet all legal and regulatory requirements
  • CRM Project Configuration - Configure new CRM marketing projects by establishing the appropriate templates, journeys, campaign settings, and system requirements to ensure successful execution and scalability.

Quality of Work:
  • Lead the charge on ensuring work is developed in accordance with approved workflows, aligns with brand guidelines and achieves objectives.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of the brands, businesses and products.
  • Actively participate in a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity to drive the highest level of quality in projects.

Process:
  • Leads the successful delivery of requested projects, ensuring all inputs are provided prior to kickoff, necessary conversations between team members are held and that Compliance has approved prior to final delivery.
  • Ensure approved processes are consistently leveraged to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Lead the development of timelines and ongoing monitoring to identify potential risks and proactive measures to mitigate issues and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Participate in critical conversations with SMEs and Marketing Creatives to ensure requests are understood by all parties as they come in.

Communication:
  • Maintain effective communication channels with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and timely communication of project objectives, expectations, and updates.
  • Participate in regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Teamwork:
  • Contribute to a high-performing cross-functional team, providing strong partnership and collaboration while maintaining sense of accountability for all team members.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration and coordination between project management and other functional areas.
