We're searching for a Marketing Project Manager (Contract) to support a dynamic in house marketing team driving high-volume content and campaign initiatives. This contract role runs approximately June 15-November 9th. This hybrid role is 30-40 hours a week, on site Tue-Thur in the Minneapolis suburbs.

In this role, you'll partner closely with stakeholders, creative teams, and marketing operations to manage timelines, approvals, workflows, and execution across multiple concurrent projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is confident managing shifting priorities, navigating stakeholder communication, and using Workfront to drive projects forward with precision and accountability. The Role As the Project Manager, you'll serve as the operational lead for marketing content initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

You'll own the day-to-day coordination of work across teams while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and approvals. The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience using Workfront in a high-volume marketing or creative operations environment. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end project management for marketing content and material updates Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent initiatives Use Workfront as the primary platform for project setup, tracking, routing, approvals, and workflow management Apply and adjust project templates and timelines as priorities evolve Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery Review project intake requests for completeness and clarity before launch Proactively monitor project status, identify bottlenecks or risks, and implement solutions quickly Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project owners, and contributors to maintain alignment Negotiate timelines and sequencing when priorities shift or deadlines become unrealistic Provide consistent updates and escalate risks early to ensure visibility and accountability The Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or creative operations.
