Job SummarySHI is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee Marketing Department initiatives that support the organization's evolving needs. As a key member of the Marketing PMO team, this role will manage a portfolio of high-impact projects, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and departmental workflow optimization. The Marketing Project Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Marketing support teams to contribute to process improvement efforts, support the implementation of workflow enhancements, and enable cross-team adoption.
This position reports to the Marketing PMO Supervisor.

Role Description

  • Lead multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to defined scope, quality standards, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Develop,maintain, and execute comprehensive project and process documentation, including project plans, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and meeting minutes.

  • Plan, schedule,andfacilitateproject kickoff, status/stand-up, andcloseout meetings,maintaininga professional and polished presence in all stakeholder interactions.

  • Trackproject progressand manage outstanding action items across multiple stakeholders, ensuringtimelyfollow-up, accountability, and resolution.

  • Provide regular project status updates throughout the full project lifecycle, proactivelyidentifyingrisksand implementing mitigation strategies to protect timelines andobjectives.

  • Build,maintain,andoptimizeworkflows within Asana by partnering closely with Marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs, consistent communication, and efficient end-to-endexecution.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement, documentation, and standardization of processes within the Marketing Project Management Office (PMO).

  • Willingness to obtain PMP Certification within the first yearinthe role.

  • Ability to travel 10%

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, which includes a base and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
