Position Overview:
The Marketing Project Manager will lead and support membership marketing initiatives and seasonal recruitment campaigns. This role will manage end-to-end project workflows, build detailed project plans and timelines, and coordinate with internal teams and field partners. The Marketing Project Manager will also oversee freelancers and creative partners, ensure assets are council-ready, and maintain project management tools and standards.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager:
  • Manage end-to-end workflows for marketing projects.
  • Build project plans and timelines for campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and field partners.
  • Lead project kickoffs and review cycles.
  • Oversee freelancers and creative partners.
  • Ensure marketing assets are council-ready.
  • Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain project management tools and standards.
  • Support seasonal recruitment campaigns.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
Required Experience/Skills for the Marketing Project Manager:
  • 4-7+ years of experience in marketing project management or creative operations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows.
  • Proven stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike.
