The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing the marketing engine-ensuring all campaigns, launches, and initiatives are delivered on time and aligned across teams.
This role brings structure, visibility, and accountability to a fast-scaling marketing organization, enabling leadership to focus on strategy while ensuring flawless execution across concurrent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Campaign Management
• Own the marketing campaign calendar across all channels and teams
• Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines for all marketing initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional projects including product launches, campaigns, and events
• Ensure alignment between Marketing, Product, Sales, and external partners
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as the central point of coordination across Growth, Product Marketing, and Strategy
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and stakeholder updates
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps
Event & Launch Management
• Manage logistics and timelines for marketing events and field initiatives
• Support go-to-market execution for product and feature launches
• Ensure all deliverables (content, assets, campaigns) are completed on schedule
Process & Workflow Optimization
• Own and manage project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
• Build and enforce standardized workflows, templates, and processes
• Improve team efficiency, visibility, and execution consistency
Qualifications
• 4-7 years of experience in marketing project management or program management
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira)
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech environments preferred
