  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations while ensuring projects remain on schedule.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across digital, social, CRM, e-commerce, retail, print, packaging, and video.
  • Monitor project health, proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and recommend solutions before issues impact delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional approvals and ensure projects move efficiently through creative, legal, regulatory, and marketing review processes.
  • Maintain project management systems (Wrike or similar), ensuring project data, timelines, milestones, and resources remain accurate and up to date.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, Social, Product Development, Medical, and Global teams to successfully execute integrated campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, creative teams, external agencies, and production partners.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Build strong relationships across teams while aligning priorities and managing competing business needs.

Creative Briefing & Workflow Management
  • Lead the development and/or facilitation of creative briefs by partnering with marketing stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, target audiences, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Standardize briefing processes and templates to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Translate business needs into actionable creative projects while ensuring teams have the information needed for successful execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve creative workflows, documentation, and operational processes.

Asset & Content Management
  • Coordinate creative deliverables across campaigns, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Manage asset organization, metadata, file naming conventions, and uploads within digital asset management systems.
  • Maintain creative documentation, templates, SOPs, and shared resources to support team collaboration.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet brand, technical, and regulatory standards.
  • Reporting & Operational Excellence
  • Track project status, team capacity, resource utilization, budgets, and key operational metrics.
  • Support forecasting and budget tracking for creative production and operational initiatives.
  • Prepare executive-ready reporting, presentations, meeting agendas, and project updates.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all project documentation and communications.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing creative, marketing, or integrated projects within an agency or fast-paced in-house creative organization.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional creative teams in beauty, luxury, fashion, retail, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while balancing changing priorities.
  • Experience working with creative teams, designers, copywriters, producers, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills
  • Advanced experience with Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows across digital, print, video, and social media.
  • Comfortable learning and adopting AI-powered productivity and creative tools as workflows continue to evolve.

What We're Looking For

  • Is naturally curious and excited by emerging technologies, AI, and new ways of working.
  • Adapts quickly as tools, workflows, software, and processes evolve.

  • Maintains exceptional attention to detail while never losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Stays calm under pressure and remains flexible in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrates a collaborative, positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
