Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative execution across Conn Selmer's global brand portfolio, ensuring content supports brand affinity, awareness, engagement, and sales objectives.
  • Establish creative standards, templates, formatting guidelines, workflows, and approval processes that ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality across channels.

Social Media and Digital Content

  • Lead execution of global social media content across paid and organic channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, marketing priorities, and business objectives.
  • Standardize social media formats, templates, visual identity, cadence, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Oversee content development for product launches, events, artists, educators, partnerships, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Guide development of short- and long-form video content for social, web, email, events, and sales enablement.
  • Partner with web and digital team to ensure cohesive storytelling and presentation across owned channels.

Photography, Video, and Production

  • Oversee product photography and video content supporting product launches, education and training initiatives, corporate communications, brand storytelling, and campaign assets.
  • Develop and guide creative briefs, scripts, shot lists, shoot direction, production logistics, and final delivery.
  • Manage internal and external production resources to deliver creative projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure creative assets are developed for efficient use across multiple brands, channels, and markets.

Team and Workflow Management

  • Lead and develop team supporting social media, photography, videography, and related content production.
  • Build and manage scalable workflows, production calendars, approval standards, and asset organization.
  • Manage priorities, timelines, stakeholders, production schedules, and creative resources to deliver high-quality assets on time and within budget.
  • Partner with internal teams to support sales tools, dealer resources, product launches, tradeshows, events, and customer-facing content.
  • Use content performance, stakeholder feedback, and business priorities to improve creative execution, workflows, formats, and future content development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creative production, digital marketing, or related creative roles.
  • Experience leading creative teams and production workflows in a fast-moving marketing environment.
  • Experience overseeing video production, product photography, social media, digital content, and campaign asset development.
  • Proven ability to translate marketing strategy into clear creative direction and high-quality deliverables.
  • Strong creative judgment for brand consistency, visual identity, storytelling, and content formatting.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, including creative briefs, scripts, and campaign messaging.
  • Demonstrated project management, including timelines, priorities, budgets, stakeholders, and production.
  • Ability to build and improve creative workflows, templates, standards, asset libraries, and production processes in a resource-conscious environment.
  • Experience in music, consumer goods, dealer/distributor environments, or global brand portfolios preferred.
  • Flexibility to support production schedules and events, including occasional evening or weekend work, with travel up to 15%.
