Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Brand Creative Project Manager to oversee the full creative workflow with a strong focus on packaging development, digital asset production, and retail initiatives. This role serves as the operational backbone of our brand and creative team, ensuring every deliverable—from digital content to in-store visuals to new packaging—moves through a clear, documented, and efficient end-to-end process. You will own systemization, timelines, and communication, and lead our Monday.com environment to keep all creative, and marketing initiatives aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of creative and packaging development, including brief intake, concept creation, design, revisions, compliance checks, prepress, proof approvals, production, and final delivery for all DTC and retail needs.
  • Build and maintain detailed timelines that account for dependencies across creative, product development, regulatory, procurement, operations, and external vendors.
  • Oversee artwork routing, version control, stakeholder reviews, and cross‑functional approvals to ensure accuracy, speed, and channel‑specific alignment.
  • Maintain organized, up‑to‑date libraries of packaging specs, dielines, digital assets, and retail materials.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end workflow for digital and retail creative including email, SMS, paid media, PDP assets, landing pages, in‑store signage, POS displays, sell‑in decks, and campaign toolkits.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and the unique needs of DTC, retail, and packaging workflows.
  • Partner with suppliers, print vendors, and internal teams to track milestones, gather feedback, and ensure on‑time execution across all channels.
Process & Workflow Development
  • Build and maintain SOPs, intake forms, routing structures, and approval processes for packaging, digital, and retail creative.
  • Develop clear, repeatable end‑to‑end workflows for launches that span packaging, DTC, and retail asset creation.
  • Continuously assess and optimize systems to enhance efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and strengthen cross‑functional transparency.
Monday.com Ownership & System Management
  • Serve as the Monday.com power user and architect, building boards, dashboards, automations, timelines, workload views, and templates that support packaging, digital, and retail workflows.
  • Create boards that reflect detailed packaging milestones including dielines, regulatory reviews, vendor proofs, PO timing, and production windows.
  • Train teams on Monday.com usage, maintain workspace accuracy, and uphold system best practices.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the operational hub between creative, brand, marketing, product development, regulatory, operations, supply chain, and leadership.
  • Lead weekly status meetings, track open items, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, or roadblocks and elevate with solutions to keep all projects moving forward.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of creative, packaging, or brand project management experience in a DTC + retail CPG or beauty/wellness environment.
  • Deep experience managing packaging workflows, including artwork routing, prepress, compliance, vendor coordination, and production timelines.
  • Strong, expert‑level proficiency in Monday.com (boards, automations, dashboards, templates, workload views, integrations).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills—detail‑obsessed and process‑oriented.
  • Experience working with design teams, copywriters, regulatory partners, and external vendors.
  • Understanding of operations, supply chain, printing, and packaging specifications is a huge plus.
  • Comfort managing multiple high‑priority work‑streams in a fast‑paced environment.
What Success Looks Like
  • Packaging projects run smoothly, on‑time, and with zero detail missed.
  • Monday.com becomes the single source of truth for packaging, creative, and campaign workflows.
  • Cross‑functional partners trust the process and rely on you for clarity and alignment.
  • DTC + retail assets launch with precision and consistency across all channels.
  • Systems become more streamlined, documented, and scalable as the company grows.
