TOTAL PROJECT HOURS: 360
PAY RATE: USD $48.07/hr

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • experience with project management software

DETAILS:
  • Oversees the full creative project management lifecycle of a high volume of simple and complex creative projects, ensuring their successful progression from initiation to completion.
  • Develops comprehensive project plans, including project goals, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, while incorporating project lifecycle models.
  • "ROUTES & TRAFFICS creative work product between creative services & client teams.
  • Demonstrated understanding of creative processes & deliverables including strong working knowledge of creative assets, timelines & steps necessary to ""do the work"" "
  • Administers team logistics, including team meetings, conference calls, meeting minutes, action items, and basic follow up items.
  • Develops and maintains relationships between departments and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manages expectations for the project teams, internal customers, teams and vendors.
  • Proactively manages and resolves conflict within project teams by identifying issues, encouraging open communication, and finding solutions that align with project goals.
  • Provides continual follow up and ensures internal customers’ needs are met.
  • Oversees and defines project measures of success.
  • Ensures adherence to industry standards and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
