Job description

Marketing Project Coordinator

TBN is currently seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support the digital marketing team. The Project Coordinator will support the marketing team in managing multiple projects including show launches and other campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help maintain and update the digital campaign calendars
  • Managing the workflows of campaigns
  • Coordinates project schedules, deadlines, and tasks within the Wrike Project Management tool
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers across different teams
  • Track project timelines and status reports ensuring each project is on schedule
  • Supporting the marketing team by managing multiple projects
  • Coordinate marketing projects across departments: maintaining timelines; maximizing internal and external resources; communicating with stakeholders
  • Completing detail-oriented tasks that contribute to completion of overall projects
  • General familiarity with landing page design and functionality

Qualifications

  • Project management, detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Heavy coordination and collaboration responsibilities between internal teams
  • Ability to multi-task, and manage multiple projects, and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, grammatical, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Copywriting experience is a big plus
