Position Summary
Hollman is seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, trade show programs, and cross-functional projects across the organization.
This role is responsible for coordinating trade show logistics, managing project timelines, supporting event execution, maintaining marketing assets, and assisting with sales enablement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Trade Show amp; Event Coordination
  • Coordinate logistics for industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, and internal events.
  • Manage event registrations, shipping schedules, vendor communications, and show deadlines.
  • Coordinate booth assets, marketing materials, promotional items, and event inventory.
  • Assist with onsite event execution and post-event wrap-up activities.
  • Maintain event calendars, project plans, and planning timelines.
Project Coordination
  • Track marketing projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate activities between Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Engineering, Production, and external vendors.

Trade Show Asset Management
